I don't have access to view the 1881 image, but I wonder if the girl listed above Adelaide was born in Sussex and the Enumerator, or Transcriber has just written the same pob?

Did you buy that birth certificate, or are you assuming the M in Ada's name stands for Margaret because you found that birth registration?

There are several announcements in the newspaper of the marriage of Captain of the Royal Lancashire Artillery Militias Henry Tuke Holmes to Mary Fowler at Wadsley church

The girl above Adelaide was born in Sussex so they just put dots/ditto underneath her,thats why i thought it could be the same person.

Parents of John Shafto Barry 1862 were Thomas Posgrove barry born @ 1834 Scarborough and Harriette Shaftoe 1839 Yorkshire married 1860.

Thomas was a bulider 1834-1908 left £15,382 to widow Harriette Barry.
Harriette died 1926 left £5,543 to her spinster daughter Louisa Isabel Barry born Cleveland 1864. She died 1941

there is also this birth rather than baptism as the one on the previous page but a year earlier but same place and parents (it is a submitted record)

Yes she is the wrong one.

Wadsley hall is where her Aunty Annie Fowler lived.

Wadsley Hall was also the home of her grandfather John Fowler according to the newspaper marriage announcements
