not so much offended even - just disappointed that when I found exactly what you were looking for you chose to seemingly ignore it - for at least two hours whilst taking a great interest in other information - the fact that I found said man twice on the same census in two different places was to me quite a revelation - in all my years of helping out on these boards have never ever come across that

I responded within minutes of your opening request, three minutes in fact and gave you exactly what you were looking for yet you totally ignored it - how do you expect me to feel

your thanks only appeared after I had brought the matter to your attention - before that not a word

I have no desire to fall out with anyone on these boards - in fact over the many years I have enjoyed helping out on here I think I have only had a minor "falling out" with maybe one or two and I sincerely hope things continue that way

Hi Marie, yes I have Harold`s mother & no father, this was obtained from another family tree, I had not got as far as that with my own research.

That 1886 marriage looks likely, Kucinta, especially as Harold was born mid 1890s.
