I think it has something to do with the 'last reply' button above. Try clicking on that Irene and it may reverse all the posts on threads back into the right order for you.

I remember this cropping up a couple of years ago.

On the narrow dark green band just below the number of pages (where you click to get the current page), but above the postings, there are 3 sets of white lettering

Click on that Last Reply

The direction of the arrow to the left of it changes from pointing up to pointing down


and the last page becomes the first



and you are back to front

No probs - Irene. I once had a shock because all the replies in my message box had gone skew whiff. I found out it was because I had clicked on the wrong button! Easy done.

Have you SEEN how many posts there are on the boards with user name Peter today.?

And most of them are different Peters.

Are they trying to take the place over or summat.

I noticed that too.
Why is it every other site you go on you cant have the same name so I normally have numbers after my name.
I certainly did'nt want to use my full name, too common and never liked it anyway

Actually for long threads like this one I like having my replies with the last reply first.

Saves going throgh loads of pages.

If I sign out and then back in again it goes back to normal.

I then have to double click on the last reply button twice to restore my back to front threads.

Must admit I can see the logic now - and as you say LK - it is easier when long threads - now I understand - will be clicking the button ad infinitum -
