My tree is public but I do not think that is the problem.
I do not think they have seen my tree. I think they have started with one family and added anyone and everyone that Ancestry suggested so children of my William Frisby have been absorbed into his. I discovered today when I noticed Frisby records had been attatched to his tree.
I wish he had copied mine -at least it woild be accurate.

I have left comments all over his tree so we shall see.

The guy who adopted my great aunt and her husband as parents of children born almost 100 years before they were ....... did remove my people from his tree when I pointed out the discrepancy to him!

Husbands had same name of course

were born in the same county,

and both moved to Newark, New Jersey



only one did it in 1902 and the other did it about 1810




that was taken from a tree that only had 2 names in it ...... but it is now private, like my other tree!

yes, ancestry does provide these "matches" ....... you can build a tree very quickly!!


I think people believe that ancestry has really truly matched the record with your tree, just as they think Hot Matches on here really match your tree

late night email last means that Friday next week


someone takes son-i-l to airport at ca 10am

niece and her son arrive at airport at ca 9:10 am from Whitehorse, Yukon

but can't come here in the car because she won't have a baby seat for her 18 month old, and MJ's is too small.

She will make her way by public transit here, and spend until about 5 pm with us before going back to the airport to catch the plane to mother's house in Smithers ..............

Smithers is about half way north up the province, or about half way between Vancouver and Wnitehorse

But you have to come here to get there, whichever way you are making the trip
