If anybody can look up on the electoral roll for this lady Susann ROLFE maiden name , no married name. She was born in the area of Lothingfield poss Oulton!! 1937. SO, to recap

Well, I've found her birth reg - date as you stated - and with the same spelling. No marriage that I can see and no death springs out - but Ancestry records only go to 2005.

There are Susan/Suzannes/Susannah's aplenty but your lady's spelling is quite unusual. Like FBG, I am happy to ask Jean to look it up for you - but it's up to you. Not sure what else we can do really to be honest.
