Hi Cherilyn, me again!! I'm looking for a possible marriage between a Blanche Hutcheson B 1918 (place unknown as yet!) to one Frederick John Steward. FJ was born 1918 in Vic, and I have both parents from Vic death records, but I cannot find a marriage in either Vic or NSW. In the 1942 census, FJ is recorded as a soldier, and I'm wondering if perhaps they married in a hurry before he embarked for Papua. Their first child was born c 1940. Cheers Linda |

Yep Linda. Blanche married Frederick in 1939 in Victoria (reg 12715). Those young romantics! :-D |

Cherilyn, I could kiss you!!! Thought I hd to tell another dear friend that her saintly grandmother wasn't so saintly!!! Hmm the one in 1942 is at home with Blanche, maybe the WW1 is a forefather, and maybe FJ didn't "serve" but joined up just too late? Thank you again, Linda :) |
