Just had a look there are 11 Mary P Hunters on the 2003 elec roll none seem to be in the right area though.
Have you got a copy of the marriage cert to confirm if Mary had a middle name, you say last contact was when you where 6, what year is that then ?

hi sheila that would have been 1965 and i am the eldest so they would have been married so around 1958 to 1964 not been able to get a hold of marriage cert

My mother ALSO HAS sister and brothers named , CHARLES,JOSEPHINE,FRANCES,MICHAEL(RIP),PETER, maragret agnes,
TOMMY,CATHY(RIP), and BRIDIE this is more information i am aware of also her father john mccluskey is deceased

Do not know if this will help you but just run a search for Mary McClusky on Scotlands People Web site for her birth, did 1936-37 Just in case she was a year earlier than you thought.
