Jim, I think all three you listed are correct. In the 1901 he's shown as Upholsterer, which was on his marriage cert. in August 1901. |

Yes, I'm backtracking using both Penfield and Pinfield. I keep finding mothers and grandmothers, but no fathers or grandfathers. |

At last I've discovered a male Pinfield - Henry Pinfield married Rebecca Day in 1821 in Huntingdonshire. |
