Reg is right, it is probably a surname fromm one of the famililes. For instance I have a John Johnston Davidson, and Johnston turns out to be the maiden name of his grandmother. |

Jo, first of all the census returns are only as good as the information given to the enumerator at the time. Many people couldn't read or write, so if the householder said his name was Stuckey, the enumerator would have spelt it he way he thought. Another common mis-spelling is for eg Wallace/Wallis. I know because I have them in my tree. |

Would there of been a chance the Father's of Isaac and Elizabeth were in the war as im wondering why both deceased, Elizabeth's dad was sill alive in 1891 in census but cant of been in war then as was a road labourer, dont know about Isaac, cant find anything on him yet. |
