Cannot use Password Reset

I have lost my password so now have to use Facebook to enter the site.
I have frequently tried to use the 'change password' email but by the time I get to the email it says "only valid for a short period and unfortunately the period has now expired"
Please would extend the period available to say 10 or 15 mins to allow us time to reset our password.

Genes don’t check this board anymore. If you want them to help you reset your password then you need to email them at [email protected] and hope that you eventually get a reply.
