Just found part of it cache allowed 1024MB and I am using 40MB at the moment. Can't find number of history days though |

There used to be a user option in FF to select the no of days to keep history but I think it was removed from the latest versions, which now only allows you to select keep or not keep. |

Having a larger browser cache and clearing it out on a regular basis is always a good idea and can avoid problems when trying to load large web pages such as the GR tree. In fact sorting out the browser cache was one of the first things we used to do at work when a user complained that a web page they regularly used suddenly failed to load correctly. |

Logging in does appear to be faster today, currently only a few seconds as against the 30 or more it has been taking recently, so something must have happened. |
