Ripped off!!!!!

Yesterday i rejoined, and upgraded to platinum after seeing that it was 6.66 a month. However they took 80 pounds!!!!!! i am trying to get in touch with them to ask for a refund but there are no contact details.

If anyone can help me please do, and please don't do it yourself!

From what I can see in small print is says the following:


* Prices above expressed monthly.
Actual payment will be taken in one lump
sum for full value of membership.

So the 80 pounds would probably be correct. Mine says Australian dollars as I'm logged into .com.au.

Looks like you haven't read the small print.

If you have subscribed to platinum it is £6.67 per month but they take the full years subscription, it clearly states that is what they will do, so i cant see where you have been "ripped off"

Or do you mean you intended to subscibe on a "pay to view " basis?
