If GR staff are scanning the boards then they won't be concentrating on fixing the problems. |

Ice Ice Baby I had problems with .co.uk where I was getting logged out when changing boards, not being able to access all boards and having to log in after I had navigated away from the site. |

Ice Ice Baby the problem is intermittent and doesn't seem to affect everyone, a bit like the in box problem at new year. I had no problems others did |

Alistair, as this is an old thread and the site problems you are having may not be the same ones as in 2011, it might be better to either post a new thread or contact GR and tell them what problems you are having? |

I also am unable to access files that I have paid for, tried e mil - no reply- phoning- number on site note recognised. sent another email to support manager. Has been like this for almost a week (I think) Lets hope this gets me some response. |

Did you purchase credits? Records bought with them have a limited shelf life. The same applies if you had a Platinum membership but downgraded to Standard. |
