The closed record could be one of the three boys born before 1939

Regarding 1939 my Sister Mary was evacuated to Carlisle for a few months
could this be her?

The youngest of the Mcevoy/Bush children seems to have married in 1985

In view of the location of that event, this could possibly be Christine's marriage

The informant on JOAN's death cert may have been one of her offspring.

I did not know that Joan was Bush most helpful.

I have only met one cousin Christine who worked as a nurse in Newcastle upon Tyne
General Hospital (she nursed my Mother when she died in 1971)
Christine was married to a Airman in the RAF but I don't know his name.

I don`t ever remember meeting any of my cousins to Francis and Joan.
I remember meeting Francis at Grandmothers funeral in 1970
Was told by my Brothers that Joan was a Jehovah`s Witness and nobody
had any connection with them because our Family were staunch RC

From FreeBMD, we were able to work out that your cousins were born in these years;
Christine M 1946, Christopher F 1947, Valerie J 1949, Simon F1955.

There are two other McEvoy/Bush births, but we don't know if they're your cousins too, or not, because you didn't give us any more names:
Anthony D 1951, and Sheila A M 1958.

Trying to track them later can only be through marriages, deaths, or Electoral Rolls.
Did you try the Electoral Rolls as advised on one of your threads?

Take Valerie, for instance.
There's the marriage of a Valerie J McEvoy to a Geoffrey Stewart in 1967 in Yorkshire - but you would have to buy a copy of the marriage cert to see the details, before you could know if that was the same person or not.
There are several Valerie J Stewarts on the ERs, but none of them has a Geoffrey listed with her.
It's also possible that your Valerie might have married without her middle initial showing on the record - which means there a lot more possibilities..
Impossible to pick out the right one without more info.

Do you know what any of your cousins' middle names are?
When did you last have contact with them, and where?
Do you know if they married, and if so, to whom?
Is it possible they emigrated?


I don't see the marriage or death of any Christopher F McEvoy in England, Wales, or Scotland. But the same applies - records might not show his middle initial.
There are lots of Christopher McEvoys on the ERs, but again without information about who he might be listed with, or which county he might be living in, it's impossible to pinpoint the right person.

The same goes for Simon - no marriage, lots of people of that name on the ERs.

You said that Christine had died. Do you know where or when?
Had she married? Did she have children?

Any bit of information might be a useful clue for us.

But do be mindful of data protection rules, as, apart from Christine, they are (hopefully) still living.
