My Grandfather Howard s last address was Chichester Road. The house is still standing. His wife was Pregnant with their fourth Child Doris Rosina when Howard died. They lived at to other properties in Leyton prior to this one both are still standing.
My Mother Ivy was born at Westcliff on Sea Southend in 1907.

She was living at Cuckoo Cottage - there was a Walter Stewart Collier living at Cuckoo Cottage on Company Directors List, possibly born 1927, so do not know if that all ties together.

Could someone check the 1939 - I can see Albert V, 1889, Gertrude Collier, 1903, and 2 other people.

Luther's wife, Rosina, died in 1946. Probate to Albert Victor Collier - worth getting the will for more information.

Luther Chinnery was the eldest of three Brothers. The others being Swartz and Howard. Howard was my Grandfather He died of Tuberculosis in July 1914.
He was married to Florence Berry. They had four children Violet Ivy Sebelia Stanley Howard and Doris Rosina. Ivy was my Mother. She was born in 1907 and died in 1981.

All three Brothers were involved in Electrical Engineering. Howard had an Electric Sign Company based in He was also a Photographer.. Luther and Swartz also designed Soda Water Siphons and had several Patents for them.

Both Luther and Swartz are buried in Chiswick Cemetary

He's the one whose records Pam posted earlier, who married Isabel Harris in 1914, and had a son, also Luther, born 1922..
