Looking for any descendants of Sydney Charles Frost born 2nd December 1916 at 108 Kilburn Park Road. Kilburn, London and who died 4th November 1968 of 24 Hurst Lodge, Stanley Avenue, Alperton Middlesex. He had died in the Central Middlesex Hospital. Park Royal. The informant was his son-in-law R. West of 28 East Mead, South Ruislip, Middlesex. So I presume that Sydney had married and had at least 1 daughter. Sydney`s parents had been Arthur Frank Frost and Helen [Nellie] Still. Sydney was a half brother to my husband. Any information greatly appreciated.

The obvious first step is to look on freebmd for a West/Frost marriage

Can see three Frost/Still births on Freebmd and they are all male.

Sure the surname is West? Not seeing any marriages for a Frost to and R West.

There looks a possible in 1940 to a Busby and is one daughter and one son to that marriage in the same reg district

If all else fails you may need to check on the electoral rolls for the r west address to see who else lived there .

These aren't online though but would be held at the main library for the area

Googling the address for Sydney it is a flat in a block

Again a look at the electoral rolls may give who lived there too

I advised you to look for Frost/West marriages

Looking for Sydney's siblings is pointless, unless you plan to follow-through on them and hope that their descendants can answer your query

Of course, if there was no marriage, and the 'son in law' was only living with the daughter...............you're a bit stuck

The same applies if the daughter had married more than once

Theresa M west seems to be nee O'DONOGHUE

The woman's name at marriage is not necessarily her birth name
