Strange Jane only appears on the birth record

I would agree with Rose ,Barbara's death cert would be where I would go

Harold is on the ER 2002-2004. Living alone

The only record on FMP for Jane is her birth.

It looks like her mother died in 2000, you could purchase the death cert to see if Jane was the informant?
