The only information I have is on my birth certificate. His name is Mark Stephen Johnson, born in Chatham. I'm 21 now, born 1992. Never met him. Any help appreciated.

So was he married to your mum?

If so you should be able to find their marriage which will give his age and his dads name .if known

There is a possible birth in Dartford in 1966, but cannot see one in Chatham.

Thank you, but I'm fairly certain he was/is younger than that. My birth certificate says he was born in Chatham.

Surely your Birth Certificate would say where YOU were born, not where your father was born?

It states both. I was born in London. He was born in Chatham. I have the certificate on my lap.
