I think I may be able to help .If Edward is the same person then he was my granddad William Henrys brother .I know that he was a stoker in WW1 and married a Louisa Maloney.His parents were Michael and Mary Hogan from Corofin in County Clare Ireland.Ive only recently started this research .Have a look at Christine Nichols thread hope it helps regards Linda

Hi Reggie. Thanks for your replie. I do not have any information about Thomas Hogan, other than what I Posted. So I am looking for anything about him. It is possible that his wedding in 1940 at Bucklow, Cheshire, was a Double with his Sister Mary Hogan, Marring Reginal Hamment Frognal, at Bucklow, Cheshire, in 1940, also. I am still looking to confirm this.

His age - and father's name - will be on the marriage cert as confirmation, or otherwise
