I am looking for my grandfather's (Frederick W Court) family, which he had before he married my grandmother. He was born on the Wirral and supposedly had 2 children (boys?) in a previous marriage. If anyone has any information can you please message me. I think they may be in Newcastle or somewhere north of Wirral. |

When did the second marriage occur, and do you know when and where your grandfather was born? |

He appears to have siblings Albert R, Kenneth and Alwyn. Have you had any contact with them or any children for any further information? |

You could try working in reverse if you are sure he had 2 children... |

Good luck! If you know what Frederick's middle initials stood for you could also look out for any boys with those names, it's not always the case but sons may be given one of their father's names... father's first name as a middle name perhaps. |

is there a way of finding divorce records? |
|||
|
Sophie | Report | 27 Apr 2012 15:09 |
also is there a way of not just cross referencing the surnames but also the first names to get a more accurate result or does that not work? |

Found a marriage in 1941 to a woman surnamed Harker. They had a child in 1945 named Gary Court. But i cannot see wether the frederick w is warren or another middle name. |
