looking for my dad david t hill born in truro not sure if he was born in 1935 or 1939 have looked at both birth records but still not sure on the year although 1939 might just be more likely as was told my dad had italian in his side of the family

Did he marry your mother?

If he did, buy the cert, to find out his declared age at the time

my mum said they never married, that she changed her name by deed poll

Your birth cert should tell you his full names...........you could then order the birth cert you think is his, quoting the full names, and if they didn't match, the cert would not be supplied.

Did you have a thread about him before Corin?

i did put up a thread before and yes i do think it is the bertolucci i have managed to go back but cant go forward ie trying to find him i put this on just in case anyone could help me find him or and other living relatives thank you all for your help i feel so out of my bepth and not sure what i am doing

I would think that Corin only knows what his/her mother was able to share..............David didn't marry the mother of his child

Although, as I stated earlier, Corin's birth cert will have at least his full names.

IF....and only if......the 1939 birth is the correct David, he has two siblings
