Hi Carolina, Julia and Jackie, thanks for hugs. Yes, the Yorkshire sense of humour is well and truly bred in me, it's helped these last few years.

Hi Kaz, don't know if we've met before, thanks everyone for your kind thoughts and wishes. I am getting a bit confused as to why you are all saying the word brave. I can see my sense of humour is getting me through, but I don't feel in the least brave, especially when I have to go for tests and results.

Believe me Gwyn, if you were with us your face would ache, your stomach would ache, you wouldn't be able to catch your breath and have tears running off the end of your chin. Not very funny. My daughter, sister and me all laugh at thoughts that come into our heads and I have to go out of the room or else hubby ends up the same, crying with laughter, after he's said 'oh here we go again.' But he doesn't know what he's laughing at, which makes it even funnier to me, vicious circle comes to mind.

Your sense of humour is a tonic to all of us..... I love the idea of your family get-togethers if all the womenfolk are like you.
Keep smiling.

Ann in Glos, tha'ts why I have to get up at 4-45 before my hubby goes to work, I sometimes wonder if the people next door can hear us laughing and what they must think at that time in a morning.

Also nudging with my grateful thanks for the early people.
