lol Hayley - I dont smoke much in the week well not in the day - I dont have time - but I dont usually smoke more than a pack a day and maybe three over a weekend - but almost had my weekend ration today!

Oh dear Im gonna sound like Bonnie tyler - I chain smoked a whole pack of fags between 8am and 2pm today and now back to normal smoking levels and am so stressed am chain smoking again!
