Kitty that isnt her snack thats her lunch ...tsk or..knowing Teresa it may bejust a snack....I have made you a flask of homemade soup if it gets cold on the bus...and may I add that as I am lay in bed snoring I shall be thinking of you ....

I have lean ham in brown granary bread for my lunch tomorrow, and a yoghurt. I shall resist the sandwich lady(s) apparently there are two lol too expensive and too fattening.

forgot to get some lettuce to go with the ham grrrr

I am all ironed, showered and ready, busses planned (have to take 2 buses)
