It was freezing, nice frost last night! While waiting, someone from the new Starbucks (yet another one) came and gave me a small hot chocolate, as a promotion thingy, but it really warmed me up. Connection came and I got off at the right stop, 30 minutes early.

Member Since: July 2005 Posts: 23,508 Send Message	The receptionist made me a lovely cup of tea, (Tetley, I saw her get them out of the cupboard, none of yer vending stuff for me lol) I was then taken upstairs to my interview, which was a very informal one, nice and friendly and chatty. I had to hand write a sample letter in reply to a ficticious complaint about the toes being ripped out of a pair of childrens shoes. (It is a world wide known brand of childrens shoes) I had to explain to the 'consumer' that thier contract of sale is with the retailer rather, and that the company have no jurisdiction over retailers returns policies. Then a bit more natter and it was over, just after 11.00.
