Member Since: July 2005 Posts: 23,508 Send Message	Well Joy, I was thinking Laptop, but same M.O. lol BC yes you can Puss, make sure it is scored properly, the skin must be scored, then oil it and salt it. I usually add a light sprinkle of thyme too..then roast with the crackling uppermost. Don't make the oven too hot.

	Do you wash it, dry it well and sprinkle with salt Thats what I do Jan x
