	Well as you have all begged me to tell you...here is what I am having..... 3 x ricebreads 1 x slice of cucumber 4 x leafs of lettuce 5 x olives (green) Now....who is feeling guilty? apart from Hayley who is waiting for the cavalry? lol

It's sizzling nicely in the oven as we speak, and the pots are about to go in.
