and dont mention cramp got thrown out of bed 7-20 this morning wih it in my leg;;;so really feel for you if your suffering that as well ;;

Hi all im back been doing the garden on twigs broomstick ,thanks for letting me borrow it, then took the dog out for a walk in my halloween outfit

Poor you Babs.You can't get comfy any other way but by walking about.Had it all day Saterday drove me daft.I'm not too bad today but keep getting lost
in the conversation.Think everyone is bearing with me though lol
