Quite agree, a miserable day today Jacky here in the Pool.

Rog, I'm fine myself today, hope you are too.

Well I am all done in with fractions today. In fact quite fed up with the pests. It's easy for kids to shade in half of a shape or a quarter or whatever. It's even easy enough for them to shade in 3 fifths if the shape is marked in five pieces, they know they only need to shade in three of them. Not a problem. Try getting year three children to find quarters, halves and thirds of a number! Then, try getting them to find two thirds or three quarters of the number. That's why I am all done in with fractions. Just a good job it hasn't dampened my enthusiasm with numeracy altogether!

Rant over! Well it wasn't really a rant but I am hoarse after all the talking!

Good to hear Nathan is better and returning to school Rose - gives you a break too I think!

Hello all, glad to hear you are all well,
Its been another lovely day here, just a bit colder, it poured with rain all night but was cleared up by this morning, forecast says freezing weather to come tonight and tomorrow, never mind im not going anywhere,
I purchased and installed the new 2008 family tree maker program and it is superb, much more to do on it, and different features, well worth the money, very pleased.

Oooooh nooooooo. Brrrrr it's cold innit!? Jacky I do have playground duty tomorrow :( Gonna make sure I am well and truly wrapped up nice and warm, probably have half a dozen kids hanging off my arms trying to steal my heat - one thing I am quite selfish with!

Looks like this will take us close to vying for the next hundred so might just have a go at that! See you tomorrow.
