St Alive I think you will find you are innocent until proven guilty - acquittal will mean innocence but that by no means people are - just in the eyes of law and that is what counts.

What my opinion on their innocence or guilt is irrelevant but I am entitled to my opinion. Slander I think not.

I work in the law and respect it – and litigation is one of the two core areas I work in - but that does not mean the guilty do not go free.

Had that been a family in a council estate - I can assure for leaving these kids alone the others WOULD have been removed to a place of safe keeping as soon as they returned to England.

I'm confused............how can you put a body five weeks old into the boot of a car and not have it make a mess??
The bodily fliuds of a deceasd would have been running from everywhere ............. Sorry I know that is an awful thought but so true!

Surely it would have smelt, left a lot of mess etc............. It wouldn't have been an easy thing to clean up.........

How could they have kept her hidden and then moved her when the media glare from all over the world is on them

As this *news* is from an unknown source who spoke to a reporter, I stay firmly away from making any judgements one way or another.

If the press want to help, let them get out and find the poor child, not make pages of none news and speculation that only causes unecessary pain to the family and friends of Maddie.

I see two parents protecting the twins from the glare of the press. That isn't conclusive Kris, just because you can't see the twins in the second picture. This is just adding fuel to the speculation. Sorry.

Maybe you can't see the twins in the second picture, because the canopy, which looks like the same one, is actually on a different pushchair..a three wheeler rather than a four wheeler. They probably hired them.

I don't think it was them...................or is it the Mum in me that is refusing to believe that a parent could do their child any harm.

I would like to know who had the car before them ??

Kris Report 10 Sep 2007 20:54

I did Kris.....................are you implying he is pushing his dead daughter in there, if so you really have gone too far this time.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth Report 10 Sep 2007 20:56

A) looks like one rented in Portugal, B) looks like there own. I often hire a buggy when we are away

What does that prove?

Kay B

Kay B Report 10 Sep 2007 20:56

Kris i have to say that there is no proof or grounds for accusation on the say so of those pictures!

Mr McCann is taking his children for a walk and has left his poor exhausted wife at home.

That is all they say to me

Kris Report 10 Sep 2007 20:57

So why whould you hire one when you already have one (it was delivered back to the McCann house yesterday)

Can't even think they could have done anything to Maddie, after all Kate had IVF to have all three children.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth Report 10 Sep 2007 20:59

Children can be children and could have been sick, or leaking nappy etc, in that case i would rent one from the hotel

Saints alive....I took Maddie Moo's
"We " to mean everyone one who is interested in the case, ie most of the public ....NOT to mean everyone who thinks the same as her or indeed anyone else specifically........ Obviously the evidence will have to be "strong" to satisfy bith the Portuguese courts and British sense of 'fair play' (if such a thing exists?)
