Karen, I have my beach wear all sorted... it's known as a *hut*, is very pretty and they will lower me gently into the water on a big mechanical hoist thingy still wearing it, just so that there is no shout of *whale ahoy* (or whatever it was they shouted in Moby Dick!!) |

Daf, hope the tide isn't out then, you will get stuck in the mud, it is that lovely squelchy sort that can suck you in if you hit the wrong bit. There are often cocklers out there as it overlooks the estuary. |

lol Purple!!! We used to go cockling there when we were kids! I should've remembered! We had to keep to one little area... all the professionals had things on their feet to stop them sinking in, or at least I think that was there!! |
