Hi Janice, I'm a relative newbie, have been on since April but although I read the boards quite often, only tend to post occasionally - feeling chatty tonight though!! :O)

Can I join? I'm single & smiling. Got divorced 21 years ago :o ) Two lovely daughters (27 & 24) that I brought up alone. They see their father - as I have done over the years as he was my BIL's best friend - me, sis, BIL & ex even went on holiday together 5 years ago!! (ex was in between relationships and slept alone on the sofa) I have even met all his girlfriends - even those he was seeing whilst married to number 2. He makes a better friend than husband. My girls love their father - but he is know amongst us as 'the tart' LOL I love living alone, but for the past year have had youngest and her bf living here, paying minimal keep whilst they try to save for a house. Much as I love my children - I can't wait for them to be able to afford a house!!! When they spend time elsewhere (usually with his parents), I luxuriate in being alone. :0) maggie

Hi Petal - don't think we've met before I'm a newby from last Thursday - got to know R-Rose & Ellan and several others - Southern Comfort & choccies - personally I don't think they mix so I'll leave the chocs but others will be here to devour them!

Add me to the list. Recently single again after a 14 year marriage. It takes a while to get used to. I've got a sort of boyfriend but I keep him at arms length. It makes you wary doesn't it.

just read this and had a few giggles i've been with my hubby since i was 14 and 19 yrs later and 2 teenage girls we are still happy think we are just both lucky... we respect each other both work to make the family home as good as we can. try and spend time together with out smothering each other... he is my best mate even when my girlie mates let me down he's there!!! there are some good ones out there i was just lucky!!!! god i fell sick now reading this back lol....

Have never made anything legal, but worst day's work ever when I went to a friend's wedding and met person I am with now, friend is already divorced lol and I wish I had stayed the way I was.
