All the BRADSHAWS are related somehow and my mother was a Bradshaw. There was a JOHN BRADSHAWE of Marple, Cheshire, the first,& only, President of England (not counting T. Blair). He was the Judge who presided at the trial of King Charles I and he signed the death warrant together with Cromwell and others. He had no direct descendants as he had no children. There were also BRADSHAWS from the Plague Village of EYAM in Derbyshire and I have traced a family from an actual plague victim's survivor who married into the Bradshaws. Vera, Manchester LAN
