Mine are Davis and Davies, from different sides of the family, Evans and Williams and Lloyd and Jones. Surprisingly no Wales connections as yet! No Smiths either :o) The least common that I'm actively researching are Tivers and Carsons (my maternal grandparents) - not many of either about! Sue |

I have the name Porter cropping up 3 times in my family tree.Once on my side of family and twice on my husband's although they are not related. Simpson is quite common as well. I think I am the only one on the site with Genrick. Shirley |

Di in Tsawwassen My Jones originated in Wales too. I suspect they all did. The Welsh are a funny lot (I know cos I am one) and I am sure they did it to make life difficult for future genealogist. I wish I could make a contact. I would like to be related. Have been looking at the GC Photo Page and must say you and your hubby have impeccable taste in spouses. Len |

I'd have to say Bromley is the most common followed closely by Riddle then Adams but the hardest to find info on is DeMeza. Sue |

Johnson is the most common one but at least that's someone who's related by marriage! The most common one that is a direct relation is Robinson. Grrr!! I can never find anything on this side of the family either! Think I might disown them! Amy x |
