No offence anyone! Some of you must have cast iron stomachs..lol.. My most favorite in the world is bacon an egg, sunny side up with lots of salt and pepper. Bacon and banana. Mashed avocardo pear with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Smoked salmon and cream cheese. Cheese and green tomato with salt and pepper Cold beef, pork or lamb with tobasco sauce and mustard. Left over chicken with tinned mushrooms tobasco sauce and mayo. Any of the above with a cup of tea, no milk as milk spoils the flavour and I am in heaven. Oh! am I hungry now. Lindy:-(( |

Here's my favourites: Cheese and Onion Prawn and Advocado but my all time fav one is 2 slices of bread - buttered then on one slice put tomato ketchup, a layer of crisps and then cover. Yummy Liz |

Anybody tried cheese and jam? mmm lovely. I used to make up sandwiches in the bakers shop I worked in and we had some strange requests. Strawberry jam with a mars bar squashed between the slices of bread and a very popular one was cottage cheese with chopped tinned peaches!! Each to their own!! Christine |

I used to like condensed milk sarnies or salad cream and sugar (blame my gran for that), now its fish fingers with salad cream sarnies or peanut butter with jam, I wonder why you cant get our favorites ready made in the shops? lol. jenny |

i am sooo happy that this thread, has been brought back to life,as those that know me,will tell you ime partial to a little food lol. favourite sandwich, has to be fried egg, sunny side up,covered in bacon, and brown sauce. if i have,a ham/cheese sandwich,it has to be topped by crisps. someone mentioned pease pudding..yummmm..have you ever had pease pudding, and faggots..if i was offered a last supper, that would be it. can we have more posts about food please.....bryan. |

Samantha's sandwiches.... There are 10 replies to this "food fad" thing, all but one (Bill) from women (maybe "Bill" is short for Wilhelmina or similar), so I have to conclude that all of you are pregnant. Congratulations!!!!!!!! Brian |
