Val try this scone recipe. 1lb s.r. flour 4oz marg milk to mix tbsp sugar good pinch of cinnamon good handful of sultanas or any dried fruit Rub flour and marg together until looks like breadcrumbs. Mix in the sugar and fruit. Mix in the milk a little bit at a time until you have a dough similar to bread dough, use your hand to mix the milk in but do it gently. Roll out to about an inch thick (the thicker the dough the higher the scones) cut with a cutter, place on tray and brush tops with egg white and sprinkle with sugar. Cook on gas mark6 for approx 15 mins or until tops are golden brown. Maureen |

Hello Helen Little Nell, Sorree..... so lost in my own thoughts that I didn't read your message properly. While the rest of us are playing the role of Flaps the Vulture to GC/R's Mowgli in the next chapter of Internet Jungle Book, please do have a really great wedding anniversary! (Save a glass for us, after we stagger out of She's "coffee morning" - hee hee!) Good luck & celebrate! Philip |

I'd be very surprised if we lost our threads - they aren't changing the content, just the way we access it, it's a "front end" change. |

LOL Di Maybe the site should close down for 3 hours every day so that you ladies can get the house tidy for us and maybe even cook some dinner? Well that would be too much to ask, but a bit of hoovering and dusting would be good.... Now: How about a sweepstake for the first person to moan that they hate the changes? Bob |

I,m sure it will be worth the wait tomorrow. I can't go on after 8.00 in the morning as the kids arrive about then, so it will be teatimesish before I can try it out. hopefully any gremlins that are luking will have been banished by then. All the best for the launch.Dedrah |
