Born in Neasden/Cricklewood nw London where I stayed until I married at 24. Moved to Wembley, Enfield and Brondesbury, Enfield, then Witney, Oxon. Felt in a rut with 3 children, so husband found a job in Nigeria, signed on for 3 years, but kept adding another year until we'd finished 6 years, but then no good schools for the children. Don't like boarding schools where you only see your children once or twice a year. In Nigeria moved around from Ilorin, Bukuru then Kano. Decided against moving back to Britain and settled in the Netherlands. Began in Rotterdam, Spijkenisse, Baarn and now live in Almere (reclaimed land 26 years ago). I'm here to stay. Sylvia |

I was born in Hitchin, Hertfordshire and moved 'up the hill' to Letchworth Garden City nearly 25 years ago when I got married. Not moved very far at all really. By the way, I was born at home unlike my poor children who were born in hospital in Stevenage. Viv |

I was born in Wimbledon, near where the tennis tournament is held. Then lived in Southfields, then Wimbledon Park, near the original Dons football stadium, then North Cheam. After we were married, we lived in West Wimbledon (posh part of Raynes Park LOL), then back to North Cheam, then Epsom Common and now Langley Vale on Epsom Downs for the past 26 years. Are we here to stay? LOL Sue |

But Joanne, where are you now, I think we've lost each other now. I used to be able to walk from my house in Neasden to Wembley. Walked home many a time from Wembley Stadium or Wembley Ice Rink. Those were the days!! Sylvia |
