We have had this thread before, there are people of 70 and 80 on the boards i believe and quite a few of us in our 60s. Why the obsession with age, are you frightened of getting old, don't be, it doesn't really hurt!!! I am 64 as you all well know from my birthday thread, born in 1940. In Fareham hants. Ann Glos |

Yes Lisa, i knew you live in Portsmouth. I used to work in Portsmouth at what was Cambridge Barracks, don't know if it still is, near the NAAFI, worked there in the late 50s and part of the week in the Dockyard. used to travel to work via the Gosport ferry. Lived in Gosport when first married. My parents and their families were born in Portsmouth. Mum in Jessie Road and Dad North End. ann glos |
