Hashbrowns Dice into small (!/2') cubed potatoes Add onions (1/4 of the amount of potatoes). Add seasoned salt Fry in oil (not too much), with a lid on the pan. The steam will cook the ingredients. When everything is soft, remove the lid and turn up the heat. The 'hash' will start to 'brown' Keep turning as the concoction browns (goes crispy). You will know when it's done
