Take a tea-cup and fill it to the top with plain flour, Tip into a bowl ,now crack eggs into the cup as many as it takes to fill it, put them into the bowl and whisk them tog. Next fill the same cup with milk and whisk it into the mixture until it forms a smooth batte. Let it stand for 30mins, before using.

I cheat most of the time now Christine, and use the frozen ones, Grandma Batty's are the best..... Morrisons have started doing some with sage and onion in them, they're nice also..
