Thanks Sarah, I realise I am really lucky but I have never had to diet before,think it could be medication making me gain weight,if it is does anyone know if I will still be able to lose it.D.

If you have little children like me DO NOT eat their leftovers. I do it without even thinking. All those half eaten biscuits mount up!!
