Hi Is it too late to join? I am the dieting queen when it comes to KNOWING how to lose weight but when it comes down to losing it I'm pants! (Incredibly big XXL pants too!) I'm only just over 5ft and have loads to lose, at least 4 stone to keep the doctor happy. My best advice is to calorie count - yes it's boring but it's surprising when you tot it all up. On days when I thought I'd been good I'd consumed 2000+ calories. Bad days could be half as much again, and I'm not talking greasy fry ups & lard cakes. I crave chocolate and stodge (cakes, muffins, biscuits, white bread, etc) I'm sure that some of it's hormonal but a lot of it is for comfort/boredom. I need your help! Saz NB - Please can someone send me some willpower?

Morning ladies! Eileen, have you sent a pm to donna to tell her how much you want to loose? We are keeping a record so we can help anyone who starts to struggle! You are more than welcome to join us! I havn't had any brekkie yet, Will have a cuppa and two slices of weight watchers bread toasted with w.w. jam on!In between breakfast and lunch i will have another cuppa and two ww biscuits. For lunch today i will have cottage cheese butties ithink! Does anyone else plan out what they will be eating? You could also write a list of things you've eaten and put it on the wall. Then if you had a good week you could see what you were eating! Good luck today everyone, remember, it's not a race lets just do this one day at a time! xxx

Well done lady's! The more the merrier, we can all support eachother and advise anyone who starts to struggle. I have got through my first day of dieting and so far, so good. Hope you're all there with me! Don't deny yourselves the odd treat though, just remember to limit them, we could all have a weekly treat after a weigh in on tuesdays so we have something to look forward to. see you all soon! xxx
