lets say tuesdays we meet up here and tell each other what we lost,i find it very hard to diet alone

Three stone isn't bad! My sis had six to loose and has shed her first three! I weigh eleven stone and want to be nine... It depends on the foods you eat as to how long it will take your body to adjust. If you dramatically cut the amount you eat your body will retain what it has as it will feel starved, if you eat regularly but low 'point' foods you will have a steady weight loss. Low point foods would be things like fresh veg, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber etc. You should still eat proper meals too though.

There's a diet thread knocking around somewhere... I'm back on my diet as of today, i did weight watchers for six months and lost a stone and four pounds... i have put it all back on now though! started again and will reach my target weight of nine stone by my hols in august this year! Good luck with your weight losses! xxx
