My tip: Have something to eat before you go food shopping. this will stop you lusting after every treat you see. (it's a good idea in theory!)

here are some tips ive picked up 1.If u feel peckish drink a glass of water first,if the craving hasnt gone in 10 mins then have a snack 2.Eat dessert(healthy one!!!!) will a smaller spoon as u subconciously think u are eating more,same goes for meals,put them on smaller plate...it really does work. Any one else got anymore?

if you work out how much you need to loose weekly it helps yopu stay on track... i have two stone to loose and want to loose it by aug. that gives me roughly thirteen weeks... two stones is 28lbs...thirteen goes into twenty eight two times which mean i have to loose two pounds a week to loose twenty six pounds and then have only two pounds to loose for my target... If you understand that....you should make a list donna of the people on this thread and their target loss and ammend it evey week so we can keep track of eachother and support anyone who is struggling... usually me! xx
