Grrr, I'm bracing myself for a long journey down tonight after hearing about the overhead power failure near Peterborough on the Newcastle to London train yesterday. People were fainting in the heat and medical supplies had to be brought in. What's the likelihood of everything being back to normal by the time I'm travelling? :-/

(Large groups of people with suitcases and other baggage are foreign tourists, so don't join them or you'll end up in the wrong country.)
