Hello there sister, I have to admit today no probs so far but yesterday couldnt even get onto genes site to complain ! Eventually after 4 attempts, have sent 2 complaints over last week and received no reply to either, lets hope its all sorted now and thanks for this thread and keeping us updated.suex

Hello everyone....only been gone a few days but I see we are still having problems.... I have 6 messages I can't reply to and can't seem to get rid of.. The site was off in the early hours of the morning..... 'Temporarily closed....keep your fingers crossed and try again later'...... I did and all I see are moans about the site....what is going on???
