i just remembered, i was having a lot of problems a few years ago turns out i'm lactose intolerant now i put lactade drops in my milk and am careful not to have too many milk products and am ok now even make my own ice cream...love ice cream

If you are that worried, get some incontent pads ( like the oldies wear) that way you have a bit of insurance for when you have to go out. But the tests have to be done BB, just so can you get a diagnosis and treatment, its better that what you are putting up with now. judy

they have underwear now its not too bulky and nobody know but you , if you cant get it where you are i can sent you some from here honest i will do that if it helps

Hello all I am up because the copd is playing up tonight, I think it must be the humidity tonight! Will have to wait for hubby to finish work, as I dont ever feel very safe on my own when I am like this!! Maz x

COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) is an umbrella term used to describe lung disease associated with airflow obstruction... Mine is emphysema, having been a chronic asthmatic all my life Maz x

Ahh Maz, If its anything like asthma you will have hell every time you lie down, no doubt ten times worse. God love you. Anything that prevented my 8 hours a night would drive me insane. Natalia xx

It is very difficult in this weather, I must admit! I have the fans going, have taken my nebs and have the oxygen going, but not much relief tonight... Funny isn't it, we wait all winter for the good weather, and then I sit here and complain about it! Maz x

Hey BB haven't you seen all those ads that say which lady is wearing the disposable panties - you can't tell , you don't even walk like john wayne with them on. your problem may just be a food allergy. Maz, you poor thing, my MIL had same problem,she used to sleep sitting up, then complained of a numb bum! judy
