When I was weekending on the busses two boys about 11 tried to get off without paying, and when I nabbed them they called me a frosty faced OLD c-w...I was 23 at the time. Then a while ago I asked my dentist why my teeth were chipping easily...he said 'well once you get a bit older your teeth crumble'...and honest Im not that old!!!

Our Pool team were playing an away match. At the time I had a full beard not unlike Uncle Albert Trotter's. The guy I was playing against, in his 50s, said 'It's your turn Dad!'

I had the opposite last week - someone asked me if I was over 21. My answer ? 'considerably' (that said, she was just trying to 'sell' me a new credit card - the lengths some people will go to eh ?)

I went to the doctor with a very painful knee years ago and it was x-rayed. When I went back for the results he told me, 'Well, Felicity, you've got a 53-year-old knee in a 23-year-old-body. If you're lucky it won't get any worse and the rest of your body will catch up.'

Quite a few years ago, when I said 'disco' to my son he almost fell on the floor laughing and he had a bunch of mates in the house at the time. Got him back though - when he was playing his rave music I'd walk into the middle of the room and do a really bad impression of rave dancing! Debby

I think you said this Lemon, before your name change, that on these Boards we are really ageless...it is sometimes difficult to guess how old people are from their contributions, some are lively, some sensible some daft, and I think that's nice.
