Well Louise have you got throught to them yet? If so what did they say? Hope they bend down and kiss your feet for being so rude and ignorant.... I think they may have lost a few newby (coz we tuned in to listen to you) listeners now after this appaling treatment. I think your whole family should get an Ipod or threaten them with going to the Newspapers with a Story about it...lol that should shake them up a bit.. Let us know when you hear anything...
