Lol Mike! Sheila - I nearly died when they said we had to draw - I am useless at drawing and was just in fits of laughter - great way to earn £50 though! Debby |

Debby - I could have redrawn their fruit section - would have done something VERY artistic with a banana and a couple of nectarines! (:-0 |

Dear Debby, Heaven forbid that anything useful spills from this board, apart from a few crumbs that is. Having never invested enough in order to be influential, it's fun to see how ineffective one can be. But never underestimate the hidden forces of subliminal shopping (lol) Best wishes Mike |

Mike Hate to burst your bubble but you are wasting your time with this important but fascinating thread! I know this as I was accosted at the entrance to Asda one evening and offered £50 to attend an evening of brainstorming with other Asda shoppers. After drawing diagrams of how you'd like to see the fruit and veg section laid out and discussing the quality of their food etc (can't tell you too much - you might steal their ideas) do you know what they changed in the store? Nothing! Debby |

Channon, with such a beautiful setting all around you, I'm sure Tesco would not apply to set up there. The Island Hotel is a pretty good pub in which to eat though. Best wishes Mike |

Sarah, we need to be careful to limit the number of our sub-committees to about 250, but you've brought up a good subject and an appropriate opening is available to you (if you wish) to research this issue on our behalf, you are allowed to second other 'Friends' if that would help. Best wishes Mike |

Bonuses are obviously going to be necessary if the membership is going to be so resouceful (cunning) |

No, sorry Mike.....I think we should all have equal and democratic rights....Our names should appear side by side...to avoid any hint of favouritism. or indeed nepotism....if we write very small, we could manage it...I vote we have a committee meeting re this....BC... |

Not into anything, just upgrading to new ones, meanwhile if one 'goes down' they don't take credit cards, but you're not told until you've unloaded a week's shopping onto the belt on a busy Saturday morning. |

I don't have a Tesco's near me. Can I be an undercover spy in Sainsbury's please? |

Anne, our letter stationary will be disused till slips. Founders names will need to appear one beneath the other. Dee will be on the top is that OK? |
