I know this as I was accosted at the entrance to Asda one evening and offered £50 to attend an evening of brainstorming with other Asda shoppers. After drawing diagrams of how you'd like to see the fruit and veg section laid out and discussing the quality of their food etc (can't tell you too much - you might steal their ideas) do you know what they changed in the store?
